You ensure payments for any items on our website. You may purchase from us and you affirm that prices are subject to change. When making a transaction on The Glass Ribbon Project, Inc. website you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provides to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to the completion of the sale. For your donations or the sale of the physical items, we will charge your credit or debit card at the time you place the order. Shipment cost and date of shipment could be altered due to unforeseen circumstances. We will fulfill your on-line order within fourteen days and shipment will be sent to the address on record at the time of the transaction.
You have fourteen calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition we sent it to you and return to us in the original package. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will then issue you a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
